The Agent AI Operating System ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Tyler Lewis. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our platform at getagentaios.com.

We take your privacy seriously. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service and do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Clerk, our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe through Clerk Billing. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe retains payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Usage information

We track which lessons you have completed and your progress through the course modules. This information is stored in our database and used solely to provide your personalized learning experience.

Technical information

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used for security and performance monitoring only.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide access to the platform and track your progress through the course
• Process your subscription payments
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
• Respond to your questions or support requests
• Improve the platform based on how it is used

We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of the services required to operate the platform.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Clerk — authentication, user management, and billing infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database hosting for your course progress and account data
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have specific questions about how they handle data.

Data Retention

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate, after which it may be deleted upon request.

Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe's data retention policies.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information in your account
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format

Cookies

We use cookies strictly for authentication and session management through Clerk. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in to the platform.

The Agent AI Operating System is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform.
