The Agent AI Operating System ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Tyler Lewis. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our platform at getagentaios.com.
We take your privacy seriously. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service and do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Clerk, our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
Payments are processed by Stripe through Clerk Billing. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe retains payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We track which lessons you have completed and your progress through the course modules. This information is stored in our database and used solely to provide your personalized learning experience.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used for security and performance monitoring only.

We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of the services required to operate the platform.
Our Listing Appointment Briefing tool involves a third party — the agent's seller — who is not a user of our platform. This section explains specifically how we handle their information.
From the agent: their name, email, and the seller's name, email, and property address. From the seller, if they choose to participate: their responses in a guided conversation with Remy, our AI assistant — covering things like their motivation for selling, timeline, home details, and how they plan to choose an agent. Some questions (like mortgage balance) are explicitly optional; the seller can decline to answer without ending the conversation.
The conversation and the resulting briefing are generated using Anthropic's Claude models. The transcript and briefing are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and are visible only to the agent who requested them and to us, for support and system operation. We do not use the seller's information for advertising — unlike the agent's own email, the seller's email and answers are never sent to our ad-measurement tools (Meta), added to a marketing list, or used to contact them for any purpose beyond generating this one briefing.
The private conversation link expires 30 days after it's created. The seller's interview transcript and generated briefing are automatically deleted 90 days after the request is created. Basic lead information (agent and seller names, email addresses, and the property address) may be retained longer for support and business records. There is currently no self-serve deletion tool — a seller or agent who wants their data deleted sooner can email us at the address below and we will remove it manually, typically within a few business days.

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate, after which it may be deleted upon request.
Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe's data retention policies.

We use cookies for authentication and session management through Clerk, and to measure and improve our advertising. Our advertising measurement uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, which may set cookies and share limited event data (such as a hashed version of your email, your IP address, and the actions you took on our site) with Meta to attribute ad performance and reduce wasted ad spend. We do not sell your personal information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so will prevent you from logging in to the platform, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta ad settings.
The Agent AI Operating System is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform.
