These Terms of Service govern your use of the Agent AI Operating System, accessible at getagentaios.com, operated by Tyler Lewis ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
The Agent AI Operating System is a membership platform providing online course content, templates, tools, and monthly live calls for real estate agents. The platform includes five modules covering sphere outreach, SEO and GEO content creation, brand development, listing preparation, and AI tool building.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce the core course content without notice to active subscribers.
Access to the platform requires an active subscription. We offer monthly and annual billing periods. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Payment is processed through Stripe via Clerk Billing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
If you attend the monthly live calls, implement the core systems taught in the program for 90 days, and do not feel the program delivered the value of your investment, contact us and we will extend your access at no charge.
This guarantee requires active participation and implementation — it is not a money-back guarantee, and it does not apply to members who have not completed the implementation work. We reserve the right to assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
All content on the platform — including course lessons, prompts, templates, tools, and written materials — is owned by Tyler Lewis and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own real estate business.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the course content without written permission.
The platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that the course content will produce any specific business results. Real estate income depends on your local market, individual effort, and many factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for downtime caused by hosting providers, maintenance, or factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyler Lewis and the Agent AI Operating System are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email if changes are material. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
